limited or no internet

Hi

My new pc has arrived but the internet speed is very slow and it keeps disconnecting. Other devices on the network are fine.

The pc came with a CD with network card drivers on it but the pc has no CD drive...

The specification just says it's
WIRELESS 802.11N 300Mbps/2.4GHz PCI-E CARD
but no mention of the make of card.
device manager shows the wifi adapter as manufactured my broadcom with a driver date of 2013.

The driver CD says Tenda N150 and N300.

Does anyone have any ideas

Have you got the antenna plugged in on the wireless card? Should be in the welcome pack.

Hey Kudos, did you remember to attach the antenna for the wifi card? This one you have only does 2.4GHz, make sure you're not trying to use 5GHz.
