Random Messages on screen. HELP

Past 2 days I have been getting random things pop up on my Laptop HP screen it covers the whole screen, When ever i move my mouse over it the taskbar and icon become visible as seen below, then I have to hold down left click and drag over the image to clear it, Its never been the same Image thats popped up. This is the (famous) Cloudflare error 522 and it could possibly be your fault. Cloudflare is a Content Delivery Network (CDN) and CDNs are designed to speed up the Internet by delivering requests to severs much more quickly. Error 522 means that the server you were trying to connect to didn't respond within a reasonable time.

Usually this is a server side issue but there are things in your web browser that could cause this error. So...in your web browser delete your browsing history, clear the cache and cookies and try again.

Thanks for reply but not sure thats it, I have had other random screens like this when i havnt been on the internet o have anything open wierd sites just flash up every few seconds which i never heard of and have to somtimes restart my laptop it takes over the whole screen its not a web page its just like a image on the screen
