Thoughts on this build?

I want a high end gaming pc and dont want the stress or risk of building it myself as im only 16.

What monitor are you pairing this with?

Case is overkill, fans could be replaced with a better CPU cooler, M2 is a better storage option and the Ryzen offerings are much better bang for your buck etc. Something like this.....

I've selected a better wireless card, if you don't need wireless then drop it altogether.... otherwise I would go better than the bog standard option. I've also selected the silver warranty as it's a no brainer.

60hz 1080p aoc monitor not great, but i do plan on upgrading later in the year

While I agree with The_Scotster about Ryzen being a much better bargain, this review build has a whopping £495 discount (as of today, when I tried building it). That's enough to wipe out the difference (if you can stand the slightly slower RAM)

I'd agree with the above - The_Scotster's build is sound, and the review build is good.

If going for a custom build like The_Scotster's, bear in mind that the GTX 1070 ti offers very, very similar performance to an RTX 2070 but is over £100 cheaper.

There's not really much point to the RTX 2070 while the 1070 ti is still available at those prices.
