Which Router LTE WiFi as alternative internet

Hey. I need an alternative broadband in case of failure (virgin) main one.
Will such equipment Huawei E5186s-22 4G/LTE and eg giffgaff unlimited card (20gb) fit? If not which one is a solution? Thank you.

I personally have a fail-over feature on my router. If the WAN drops it changes over to USB automatically. I just plug my phone in and allow tethering and I'm back online using my mobile data.

What you are suggesting wouldn't seem to be very cost effective.
