So pc works but something weird

So, what I have in my pc currently is a i5 9600k, cooler master hyper 212 evo, msi 7370 a pro, thermaltake 850 watt 80 plus gold (rgb), 24gb ram, and a rx 480 8gb by gigabyte (graphics card is not new got it from little brother but other parts are new.) So the weird thing about is that after playing a little bit on a game my screen goes grey, and i can’t alt tab or anything to fix it. Even my reset button doesn’t want to work at all on that screen so what I have to do to get that screen off is to actually hold down the power button. Is there a way to have that not happen at all? I plan on streaming and I can’t have that happen when I stream.

Is this a PC Specialist build? As PCS sell custom desktops and laptops the forums are really for support on those systems and we can't really advise on self builds or competitor builds.

You may want to check out Tom's Hardware which is an open forum.

As above, you may need to check on another forum - doesn't seem like it is a PCS build.

What I would emphasise is that if the PC does that, it doesn't work. You want to get to the bottom of what's causing that asap, especially if it's a hardware issue and you need to return components.
