Hey there,
about 2 weeks ago I received my brand new mini pc from pcspecialist. Eveything works fine except windows is not activated. The error code that shows up in the activation settings is 0xC004F211 ("Hardware on your device has changed"). I contacted the support team and they basically told me to wait and see. Something about a network error preventing windows from activating, but that it should do eventually. Now I don't know about you, but when I buy an 1800£ PC I expect it to work and have a stable version of windows from the start.
Anyways, I suspect that there is a flaw with my pc, something unrelated to windows servers, because the error code seems to indicate something else happened. What can i do to force windows to activate? Should I just request a brand new activation key from tech support? I've been told to try to contact microsoft using Run -> "slui 04" but that doesn't do anything.

You’ll need to contact PCS and they can remote on and get it activated.

Quite a few people seem to have had Windows activation issues on these forums, which (hopefully?) means your PC is fine and it's something at MS's end.

But as above, phoning PCS's tech support would be the way to go.
