I have an old PC Specialist desktop running Windows 7 64-bit. After a recent BSOD the RAID status has changed to 'VERIFY'. A bit of googling suggested Intel matrix storage management software or Intel Rapid Storage Management software would be able to resync the two drives.
Unfortunately, neither piece of software will install, stating that my configuration is unsupported, or does not meet the minimum required specification.
Device Manager states that the Storage controller is an Intel C600 series chipset SATA RAID controller. The RAID is a simple RAID 1 with 2 1TB drives.
Anyone have any ideas how to resync the two drives ?
