RTX 2080 promotion

I recently purchased a new PC from PC specialist that has a ryzen 5 2600x and a RTX 2080. For some reason I have only received the code that was meant to come with the ryzen 5. Does anyone know the best way to get this sorted out?

Same boat here - best bet is to call them directly and ask. I've been told they will come back later this week with a code.

Thanks for the advice guys. What actually happened was they ran out of stock for the codes so weren't able to apply them to some orders but are working on getting them to me.

Huh, they didn't tell me that much! Here's hoping, looking forward to trying Anthem out.
