Need help with a upgrade please

I currently have a h81m-s2h motherboard with a i3 4170 cpu @ 3.70ghz.

I am looking to run HEVC-265 files but the computer struggles.

I am looking to possibly replace this with a different processor.

1. What would be a good choice?
2. How much would it cost me to get it changed?

As PCS sell custom desktops and laptops we can’t advise on self builds or competitor builds, you may want to check out toms hardware which is an open forum.
