Dont forget most of it im paying for, case is part sponsored, some of the fittings were netirely sponsored, the card reader was sponsored. The Xeons, motherboard and everything else is me.

Those fans would indeed have looked really nice but I already had all the AP-15's from my previous build, and those fans are so expensive it would have felt such a waste not using them, are those Cougar fans deadly quiet? I need very quiet fans like the AP-15's that are able to push a good amount of air through the thick XSPC radiators.

@Corfate, well the EVGA SR-X just came into stock in the EU so maybe by the beginning of May? :)

I think it said they were 20dB and shift well over 100CFM

EDIT: to be exact, they are max 17.9dB and 119.8CFM

for a 12cm fan that bloody good!!!

EDIT2: Ok so what i was reading was not CFM it was m3/h

the CFM is 70.5 which isn't amazing... but still higher than the noctuas

I'd stick with the gentle typhoons for rads, ones with good static pressure.

looking forward to seeing the completed build! Rep for all the pics :)

Why thankyou! :D Well hopefully teh second processor will ship out end of this week, motherboard too as well as a couple of small parts i'm waiting on. Then it's pretty much plain sailing until I get stuck because i'm missing the second pump and some sleeving.

Yeah sorry for the lack of updates.

So I received some more parts from family that brought it all over from the UK
I also r eceived my 2nd Intel Xeon E5-2630
I am still waiting on the EVGA SR-X
