£1100 Gaming machine

Hello troops

I play games like Rome TW:2 and Crusader Kings 2, looking for a laptop that will play those and any similar spec games. Don't want to have to upgrade my laptop for a few years.
Can someone check this spec and suggest any changes.
I've been told that 16gb ram is the minimum for gaming, is that right?

Current price is £858. Budget is £1100

I went for the Optimus rather than the Cosmos.

With that you can go for the GTX860M 2GB DDR5 card.

I would also go with a smaller SSD and a separate 7200rpm HDD rather than the hybrid drive.

Also worth upgrading the paste, the wireless card to a killer and the warranty to silver.

16GB of ram seems an awful lot. I seriously doubt you need more than 8GB.

For your budget I would get a much better chassis like the skyfire with the gtx 870m which is significantly better than the gtx 850m for gaming. For gaming 8gb ram is plenty
