For roughly 600 (maybe a little over), i need a mouse, keyboard and the pc. Could somebody please give me a spec best suited to this? I will be wanting to play games like battlefield 4 and crisis, as well as less demanding games like minecraft. Thankyou!

Cheers man, but would it be worth paying extra for the 8gb ram, just to makesure there were no problems playing newer more demanding games?

You could as long as you don't downgrade any components.

A pair of homeplugs would be more reliable than a wireless card
