1080p budget gaming pc

Getting a budget gaming (mainly) and light work pc for my son with the following spec, he wants RGB which pushes the price up a bit.

Would have got the ASUS rog strix b450-f motherboard but got the ASUS Prime B450 plus instead as its out of stock.
Also would have got the PCS frostflow 100 RGB cpu fan cooler instead of the PCS FrostFlow 240 Series RGB High Performance Liquid Cooler but again, not in stock.

Any comments appreciated on these main components.

Thanks for reply, budget is around £900

I will change to the M2 drive, its only £9 for the same size. That is very interesting about the cooler......
