I don't particularly like 'the look' of the laptop.
The specs I have chosen are great but IDK.
Is there anyway to customise it.
The images themselves don't look great.

I'm also curious, what ports does the Inferno have?
I know it has USB Ports.
What about VGA port? HDMI port?
anything else?

You can buy stickers for the whole case of your laptop online, don't worry ; these are removable. Secondly, I do believe that the inferno has VGA and HDMI.

is the warranty/repair time from PC Specialist reasonably good?
I want to know whether it is worth buying cheaper laptop from PC Specialist for a laptop or just getting a more expensive one from a "more well known" diff company (Dell/hp/samsung) etc.

I would definitely recommend getting it from here, as you will save money and get a very good machine. I haven't seen prices this low on any other website. Plus, when you buy from well know companies such as Dell/HP you are paying for the branding and the mark up that comes with the name. Plus you can't customize features like you can with this site. The warranty/repair time is very good from what I hear from other users. But I have not yet used that service. I would always choose PC specialist over Dell/Samsung/HP etc.

+rep if this helped.

one thing i dont like about dell, hp or whatever is,

1- comes preloaded with loads of crap, that wont uninstall
2- You are given No OS disk, so its awkward to reinstall
3- Even if you have another win 7 disk and reinstall, you wont have been given the drivers disk for your particular laptop, will cause issues as you may not be able to install ya wifi and ya ethernet ports to even update online.
4- you cant choose what goes in your system.
5- say your ram dell laptop ram fails, you have to return to pcworld, then wait ages for them to test replace or whatever they do! Say your PCS ram fails, you call up PCS, if its before 3 pm you get ya replacement ram sent out the same day for next day delivery, you get new ram, give driver dead ram. Job done :)

I could probably keep going mate, but I wont.

The reasons to buy from PCS are the amazing customer support. When you ring Dell/HP for support, you get put through to bob who puts you to greg who puts you through to bill cos he doesn't exaclty know, then you get put through to John then on to Alex. Then you lose the will to live. Here you talk to someone who knows and builds the computers. They will help you, PCS look after their customers, that is why I recommend them. They also don't rip you off like currys do. And claim that a 620m gpu is a gaming gpu!!! As for your skins, stickers are your only option I'm afraid. I don't think it looks bad, it looks pretty standard to me. There are HDMI and VGA ports. Look at the picture of the side of the laptop:

Are the components reliable. You are saying that 'if' the components break?
DO the components break easily and would I have to replace them (problem is i don't know how I would replace a CPU or GPU) in a laptop?

Do I have to install all the drivers manually or does that come pre-loaded?
I'm not very good at knowing what to install ;p
