13th day processing

Hey, I configured and purchased a custom PC nearly 3 weels ago and am now in my 13th working day in processing, I was wondering if anyone is in a similar situation? Should I be at all worried? Or is it usually like this around this time of year? Thanks :)

I should imagine it's due to the time of year, January will still be a busy month following the Christmas period. Can always drop them an email or give them a call for an update on your order just for peace of mind :)

Did you pay by taking out finance? If not are you sure your payment went through as planned?

if its pre production, I'm sure it will go into building soon. Might be worth calling just to double check a component isn't missing or something.

No its in processing, I did get an email from them last week saying that they did get my payment, they also acknowledged that it had been, at the time, been 6 working days in. Then they said it sometimes takes 7-8 days. But now its been 13 working days. I'll see how it is tomorrow then might ohone in if its still processing. Thank you :)

I think the timer only starts once your payment is received, did you pay by cheque by any chance?

Anyway to avoid any confusion I would call them to see if everything is ok, but I think you are only on your 7th working day at the most, possibly less if you haven't already factored in Christmas etc?

Mine was in for 7 days and just got out today, it may be due to not having the right parts in at the moment, im sure if you ring them they might push it up in the line

One day in processing for myself, 2nd Working day and now @ Pre-Production.

As people above say, drop them an email - or use the Live Help service - they are plenty friendly and always happy to help.

If you still have no movement, feel free to drop me a PM and I will look into this for you. As Keynes said I cannot move it up the line but if its stuck due to a part issue we can get this rectified.

Mine seemed to be stuck in processing for a while due to the christmas rush, I check this morning and it was in processing for the 9th day, then suddenly an email arrived stating that it had been built and was going into configuration and testing! I checked the website and it says in building still so perhaps that is slightly stuck at the moment but it looks like things are starting to move again so hopefully yours will soon

I hope that is not the case, if business operate like that then it does look bad.

But if it's 13 days then it's different, if people were ringing up the day they ordered it and they upped it then maybe but if it's been 13 days he should have leverage over people who only just ordered it.

The waiting times are average, a business shouldn't rush orders depending on who rings more often
