This is my second machine from PCspecialist , service was excellent again, keeping me informed of my order's progress, also liked that they point buyer of machines with no OS to the forum and advise that Linux is not officially supported so buyer knows where they stand.
I turned off (not enforced) secure boot, booted from bootable USB with Debian ISO (with firmware) and Windows 10 (loaded for testing by PC Specialist) was removed. All hardware works including graphics acceleration (see pic of steam below).
Laptop is very fast with Linux installed with no discernable difference from my work laptop (earlier generation i7) running Windows 10 also with SSD memory.
