14" Laptop with 1050Ti or 1060?

I travel a lot with work and want a small gaming laptop to take around with me. Are there any plans to update the 14" PC Specialist offering with the 1050ti or 1060? Most other manufacturers have at least one model out now but PCS is still stuck with the 965M

Although there are PCS models with the GTX 1050 and 1050 ti out, as you say they're not in 14". PCS may get another 14" chassis out in the future, I guess it depends on whether Clevo have made one, whether it's any good, and whether PCS think it will sell.

Are you sure something like the 15.6" Optimus VIII wouldn't be viable?
Defiance II 14" size: 349mm x 247mm x 25.4mm
Optimus VIII 15.6" size: 378mm x 267mm x 24.9mm (which is a touch smaller than the older Optimus 7)

It's also worth noting that the GTX 1050 seems to be a more or less direct replacement of the 965M in terms of performance, and may in fact slightly underperform it, while the 1050ti seems to replace the 970M. Given the cost difference I saw in the configurator the other day, I would aim for the 1050 ti. But if you're stick with a 965M it seems to basically be like having a GTX 1050 or maybe a bit better.

valid points when comparing to the 1050 Oussebon - but the OP did specify 1050ti / 1060

i think the 1050ti / 970m enables gaming @ 1080p on pretty much all titles on medium at worst and most on high, whereas the 1050 / 965m wont play some titles on medium settings @ 1080p
