I'm gonna use the pc for general Microsoft excel and word, and 1440p gaming, is there anything that could be changed to make it better.

if you can't stretch to the samsung M.2 then replace the intel with the PCS one, as it has better life expectancy than the intel

Agree with the above - Intel M.2 is not great. PCS or Samsung is your choice. Overall, the build is nice.

The RMx is a much newer and better model, it's worth the extra cost.
The 850W RMx would be our usual go-to but it's currently out of stock so we use RM in builds we spec. It's worth sinking a bit extra into your PSU, similarly to the case, as those 2 components look after all of your other PC parts.

I know what you mean, in all 3 of the PCs at home, a power supply problem was the first that meant we had to take it to a computer shop. All 3 were prebuilts.
