Ordered this as a present to myself I took a long time choosing what to have finally went for the 17inch gaming PC. I am not a big gamer mostly just No Man's Sky and a few Steam games so don't think I will be testing the system out to the full capacity it has but I wanted it to be able to render the design work I do so going for a gaming laptop with a little bit more RAM made sense. I was impressed with the step by step notifications on where in the process my laptop was and the delivery came when stated and in great condition i.e. not kicked around like a football. So far so good on the computer its been working fine on what I wanted it to do. There was an issue with a Windows update that came out that sent the computer into a looping restart cycle but phone customer support and they told me what to do and Marcus was not only helpful but was positive and upbeat (good quality in my eyes for customer service) Like I say so far so good all my programs are on and up and running so fingers crossed all will be good
