Does any one get their computer on time. I ordered mine three weeks before my birthday with a delivery time of 8 to 9 days. A week after my birthday I am still waiting. It is stuck in quality control.

If it's in QC it will most likely be dispatched very soon, but I noticed on your account that you requested dispatch on or after 13th September, so it may well have been held back until today/tomorrow for dispatch.

Hello, Lead times are not guaranteed unless you order a fast track. Most orders go out within the estimated lead times.

Our company builds from scratch bespoke computers specially designed to your requirements. Because of this very personal service, and the mass range of components we have available, it is not possible for us to hold stock of computers ready to ship, although we have massive quantities of stock ready for integration. From when we receive payment, your order then enters a building, testing and configuring process. Although we fully understand that when you place an order, you want it straight away, please bear with us as best you can so that we can complete and dispatch your order for you as soon as possible.
