I don't think that's technically correct. It may just be the limit of their testing that they are able to guarantee.

I have been told by pc specialist that they have replaced the motherboard in my nova and have stressed tested it by downloading 2 games and they said it is fixed hopefully when I get it back it should be all good

How are you getting on with the Nova since the repair?

Im very fond of this chassis on paper, hoping it’s holding up well?

They ended up putting a Samsung ssd in it and been working for great since just the temps are getting abit high probably need to repaste

That's why you don't have issues anymore. Adding another NVME would be a problem there.

To be honest, only buy RAM if you need more quantity (like going from 16 to 32gb). But buying new RAM only for the faster speedS, it's a waste of money for 2 reasons:
1- the difference in performance is going to be minor compared to the amount of money you're going to spend;
2- you can overclock your current RAM and get 3200 or 3600Mhz for free, even with the Corsair vengeance 2666mhz.

But if you have other plans for your current RAM and buying new ones is required, then the best kit you can get for the Nova is the Kingston Hyper-X 3200 CL20 1.2V. It should work with no issues at all.
