2D CAD and sketch-up

Hi there, Any advice on this would be much appreciated.

I have a £500 budget and mostly do light 2D CAD work, some photo editing and am planning on using sketch up, but nothing super detailed (i'm a cabinet maker, so dawings of drawers, wardrobes, etc) and no rendering. This was my original idea below, but have since been advised that I'd need a GPU for sketch up and that an i3 will be good enough. So I'm changing to an i3-4350T and adding a 1GB AMD RADEON™ R5 230. I realise not the best GPU, but it's the only one that fits and I figure that as I'm not doing any gaming it should be ok. Also, my current hard drive has only used 96GB, so I'm thinking the 240 SSD will be ample.
