2nd nvme not working/showing

Hi guys was wondering if you could hell. Just fired up my pc to play gta 5. My 2nd nvme drive is not showing up on pc or in bios. What could be the issue

Ok the second one should be the lower of the 2 drives on that board, I'd take it out, give the contacts a clean and put it back in and test it before putting the drive cover back on

Sounds like a possible bad drive then, I'd arrange an RM A through your order page of just the drive, they should send you a new one with DPD, who will then take the dodgy one back to PCS

Hi. When i buy a new NVMe SSD Drive. Would it be ok to use the same thermal pads thats on the Cover of the motherboard or install new pads. If i have to install pads. Which pads would i need to purchase. Thanks.
