If you are not happy with the product you are given, does PCSpecialist offer a 30 day return policy? Not for damage or theft or anything just for if you're not happy with the computer you've bought.

Because the machines are custom built you only get 14 days after you receive the machine to return it if you don't want it, the details and conditions are in section 6 of this page: http://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/terms/
