3D Modelling/Rendering/Gaming Desktop

Hi guys! was just wanting some help with a build for a desktop to use for 3D Modelling as well as Gaming with a budget of £3-£3.5k. looking for a powerhouse that will get the job done and not sure where to start so decided this would be the best place to ask. thanks!

I currently just have a normal monitor but would like to get two new ones preferably, sorry should of included in my previous message.

Im going to be using 3ds max, substance and zbrush.

Had a look at spec requirements online for the Apps that you're using. 32GB RAM and 8GB of VRAM looked to be ample for all of them.
Got a build with a high end CPU and plenty of RGB.
Will pair very nicely with this 1440p Ultrawide from Acer, which will be a great display for both productivity and gaming.
