9in1 Card Reader not working

Hi All
Trying to get me holiday snaps onto me shiny new PC, however.....
Windows doesn't identify a card in the slot, no autorun popups, nothing in My Computer either. I have tried other cards and they all work on other machines.

1) I can't see the device connected in 'device manager', in case I'm being blind could someone tell me where/what it is on their machine.

2) And then does anybody which driver PcS use for the CosmoII? (Full specs in signature)

The only thing I can think of off hand is that the 9in1 card reader is not installed correctly (ie its not plugged in etc). If you're confident you could try to take a look and plug it back in if required (or unplug it and ensure its firmly plugged in).

I have not owned a Cosmos2 so can't comment on the steps required to do this, someone else on the forums may be able to point you in the right direction. Failing that, you could ask PCS and they'll be able to walk you through the steps required.
