A bit disappointed...fan noise.....

Just got my Lafité Pro delivered (7-1360P, 64GB RAM)
I am surprised by how loud the fans are, and they are constant. Is this right? Support are looking into it, but if anyone has the Lafite can you please confirm if it is distractingly loud with no quiet at all, even just booting and sitting idling.

Id be embarrassed to go and sit with it in a quiet coffee shop. I'm a bit devastated really.

Can you post your full specs from the order page?

This was on first boot, straight out the box (after answering the setup questions)
Rebooted multiple times. Its either too loud, or in jet engine mode. RIght now its jet engine and I can not do anyhting to make it stop (Laptop has probably been switched on for 15mins)

Also, should it take 30 seconds to launch Photoshop. That's longer than my 8 year old Desktop PC. Something just doesn't feel right about this machine.

If you click on the up arrow in the right lower corner, can you screenshot what apps are running?

Attached. The only thing I have installed on this laptop is creative cloud which is in the screenshot, but the noise was happening before that, on first ever boot and constantly.

If you hover over them are any of them a management driver like "control center" or anything like that with system controls for fans and temps?

PC SPecialist should have activated it you mean?
I wasnt aware I needed to do so much maintenance on a brand new machine, just to make it not malfunction.
On any new pc, the first thing you have to do is install any updates.

Bit it should have been licensed. I'd give PCS a call
