First of all, this is my first experience of PC Specialist - simply, I would and will promote this company to anyone after a laptop (if not PCs too). A simple system that works exactly as you want - I've just come back from a Designing Service Catalogue workshop and this website is a perfect example of a service catalgue.
I also had to call to cancel my saturday post - spoke to Jack Turner who was more than happy to help and got this sorted quickly. The DPD service was excellent too, it let me choose to post it to anyone in my street as I was away for the day.
This is what I went for, I'll ignore the spec as it's really the chassis I'm interested in. I've only used it for around 5 hours.

So yea, going to give it the weekend to decide on whether Cons 1 & 3 will push me to raise an RMA or not, 1 is an issue with the chassis and 3 may just be luck of the draw!

- Sturdy, well built
- Lovely rubbery finish
- Finger print reader - I have a iPhone 5S so have experienced the benefits to this
- Monitor hinges aren't going to go anytime soon
Cons:
- Right angles on the base of the laptop where your wrist/forearm touches the laptop. Actually quite annoying unfortunately!
- Only 1 space for HDD, glad I swapped the DVD drive out for a second caddy
- Light leaking on the left and right of the monitor, undecided as to whether this may cause me to request an RMA or not as of yet.
