Activated Windows 10 yet still crashing.

Activated Windows 10 but still having major issues. So I've got another trick up my sleeve, but before I do that could someone tell me how to get the programs for my laptop called "Fan Speed Settings" app and the "LED Keyboard" app that came with Optimus X model please? I checked downloads but can only find the laptop manual guide book.

I think they would be in your download section and called either Clevo Control Centre or Hotkey.

Otherwise you can get them off the Clevo *website, Clevo being the company that makes the chassis.

Your clevo model number is on the underside of the chassis
