The 460 is superior to the 5770 I believe, but if you can afford it the 480 is drastically superior. What are the rest of the machines specs?

Ok, I have two points to note - Firstly you should go with the 1055T (6x 2.8GHz) instead, you will save quite abit of cash, and to be honest unless you use it for heavily resource intensive tasks you won't notice the difference (which you are not), secondly you won't need that DVD RW as the blu-ray drive can do it. ;)

I thought the 5770 beat my GTX 470? and there's no way a 460 can beat a 470 :p

The one that beats the 470 is the one just below the 5870, whats that? the 5850? (Not familiar with ATI cards xD)

Another point to note: do you really need two optical drives? The Blu-ray rom drive can write DVD's too, so unless you plan to copy lots of DVD's directly from disc to disc, you can remove the DVD Writer drive.

No i meant 5970 :p soz, what is 1 below 5970? Next card down? That supposedly beats the 470 by a small shot.
