Advice on Processor Cooling via my Quoted Spec Please...?

Hi guys, thought I would try my hand at spec'ing out my PC requirements via this site and have found much better value for money and flexability here compared to spec'ing a Studio XPS 8100 via DELL.

My only concerns here really are that have I everything covered from a PSU & CPU cooling aspect. Will the devices below easily cover the demands of the system given the entire spec below.... ?

Thank you very much... I am well versed in many aspects of computing as I work in the trade but Cooling and Power is not exactly my forte! Thank-you for clarifying my points and answering my questions. I feel your options & solutions are a lot more flexible and offer very good value for money compared to the mainstream hardware vendors such DELL, HP and alike.... We are looking at moving into our new house in a couple of weeks time and therefore should be in a position to place an order for the above spec very shortly.
