My budget is around 3000 eur +/-250

i move from a 4year old rog laptop (i7 6th gen, gtx 1070) and i just want a powerfull config to start with, that i can upgrade over the years. The display is 1440p for now but i might play on tv from time to time if the pc is good enough (4k 60inch).
Also my use of it would be playing, maybe streaming (never tried because of my config limitations at the moment).
Please let me know what you think.

So.... for us to give any advice we'll need to know a few things;

- What is your budget?
- How much did the above spec come too?
- What monitor will you be using with it?
- Any reason specifically why you've gone Intel rather than AMD, AMD are dominating the CPU market at the moment

the above specs were about 3000eur. I would still have a 500eur budget.
My monitor will be a 1440p 165hz (gigabyte g27qc) (i know, my specs are overkill for this monitor....dont care, upgrades will come) and if you have recommendations for display as well.
no preference for the cpu, just want what's best overall for gaming/workstation.
gpu nvidia.... unless amd release something more powerful and available than the 3000serie.
