Hi, the vanguard comes with a HDMI output.

does that mean you can plug XBOX or PS4 and play?

if so how would you switch from computer to HDMI ?

hope someone can help me with this.

An HDMI output won't let you do that. It would let you attach another monitor so you could use an additional screen with the PC so you could have a dual monitor setup.

To use the Vanguard as a display for a console (or anything else) it would need an HDMI input.

You can always phone PCS and ask whether the Vanguard has any display inputs so you could use your console / dvd player / etc with it.

There are alternatives.

A desktop tower is significantly cheaper: https://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/computers/intel-home-office-pc-II/

PCS also do mini PCs: https://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/computers/intel-performance-mini/

I'm not sure, but I think the mini PC might have a VESA mount, so you could mount it to the back of a monitor that also has a VESA mount, making it take up very little space. And even if not, it's not a very big case. You could ask PCS when you call them about the Vanguard
