I’ve provided him proof and he just claims its all fake lmao.

he bought a 10875H laptop and regrets it, so is on page 3649 on google and stumbled across a video, where an intel laptop beat a ryzen laptop, that had much slower ram.
Had it much slower RAM?
We already discussed in PM that those 2 laptops had exact same 3200 Mhz DDR4 RAM.
You should have update this thread where you said otherwise once we all agreed about that.
But you didn't.

Anyway. Believe what you want. I am not regretting anything anyway. Far from it.

Apart that benchmark of other laptops should not be allowed in this thread (PM are there for a reason).
But thank you highlighing us that an RTX 3070 Max-P paired with a Zen3 is better than a RTX 3070 Max-Q
Thank you so much.

Surely is the Zen3 which is perfoming so good. Not the higher wattage GPU. (lol, I am sarcastic).

Try same GPU wattage next time if you want to compare CPU, ty.

Then explain why a 2080 super and a 3070 are so close together? (2fps) despite being the model above. 1080p is where the cpu is much more important. At 1440p, the gpu takes most of the strain.

Serious CPU comparisons (see Anandtech for example) are made with the following settings, in the following order:
- SAME GPU (most important thing of all) aka MODEL + TGP
- LOWEST GAME SETTINGS. (Gizmo with the Highest / Ultra can greet my a**)
- 720p

That can be considered pretty much CPU bound. I wish Cyberpunk at 1080p Ultra be CPU limited. I wish. It's not. You discover this simply swapping any RTX card and see how much difference FPS you get. Means it's not CPU bound yet. By a long shot.

PS: and don't believe too much at the MSRP prices this year. Look at stock availability of those Zen3 laptops. If you can find one (IF), you'll find from scalpers with their prices. That's because the high demand of those Zen3 laptops (because they are very good laptops, especially uncontested for productivity and best in class in gaming, comparable to Intel, so why not).
In Summary: don't believe at MSRP prices in 2021. You won't find any at MSRP until maybe Zen4 is out.
