The nice thing about getting all Corsair fans and connecting them all to the Corsair Commander meant I could adjust RGB AND fan curves all from inside iCUE with no need to go to BIOS for any of that stuff.
so i just need to install the software named iCUE?

Only if all the fans are Corsair fans and they're connected to Commander node. If you have other fans connected to motherboard, you will need to control them using BIOS or whatever your motherboard manufacturer has provided in terms of software. E.g. Asus would use Armoury Crate.

I am still thinking between the two motherboards:
ASUS® TUF GAMING B550-PLUS
ASUS® STRIX B550-F GAMING

Which one will be better?

STRIXX B550 is much much better between those two

The X570 TUF is a decent pairing too and would work really well but I wouldn't recommend using a TUF B550 board with a 5800x. Technically sure it's fine but I like to aim higher with that particular CPU

Great! I will go for Strix B550.

Do I need to set anything in BIOS if I am going to use my old graphic card GTX1070?
