You've got a really expensive mobo on the AMD build which will be unecessarily inflating the price. If you change it to the gigabyte X570, that's a much more realistic mobo for that price bracket.

You also won't need a third party cooler on that chip, the included AMD cooler is very good and quiet.

Either way though, if you want an nVidia graphics card, worth waiting until Tuesday when the Super cards are released.

Yeah i will be waiting for the RTX 2060 Super to release. Ah i didn't see the cheaper variant of the X570 on there, thanks. Changing motherboards on the AMD build brings it down to £1286 and removing the CPU cooler brings it down just below the Intel build.

If there were any upgrades to make on the Intel build what would be your recommendation? I don't want to go over £1500.

Thanks for the help!

I would change the M2 drive to a Samsung evo 970, just better performing drive.

I would up the PSU to a TxM version, modular and semi passive, much more premium for not much more money, plus will help with airflow as it's modular.

I'd also get a minimum of a silver warranty which is only £5

The Samsung M2 drive bumps up the price by almost £100, is it worth the increase in performance? I'll make sure to include the silver warranty, thank you :)

Ah, it's only the pro version available now, my bad, no definitely not worth it! Stick with the ADATA.

Thanks! Also started to wonder if these builds will be okay with my monitor, it's a 1440p 60Hz monitor.
Yep, 2060 should be fine at that res. It's really only at high refresh that you need to start considering the 2070 or above.

Awesome, thanks again. Considering cancelling my order and re-ordering tomorrow when the RTX Supers are out. For some reason it's almost £80 cheaper if i rebuild my exact same order right now, i'm guessing some parts were discounted recently.

The 2060 super is quite a bump up in performance over the normal 2060 and nearer the 2070 in performance, it’s worth getting it as will be the same price point.
