AMD Gaming Build. Looking for feedback, especially on if cooling is sufficient!

Is your budget around £1500? Are you intending to game at 1080p or 1440p, and at what refresh rate?
If you're opting for a liquid CPU cooler, you should choose one with (at least) a 240mm radiator. The Corsair H100i RGB Platinum would go very well with that case (it also comes with good thermal paste pre-applied). I can't speak for the quality of the PCS coolers, but I don't see them often in recommended build specifications here.
The RX 5700 XT is currently the best GPU at its price point on PCS, however AMD are about to announce their 6000 series in less than 3 hours which will undoubtedly shake things up drastically.
If you want to cut some further costs, the TUF B550 is a cheaper motherboard that still offers PCIe Gen4 (for future upgrading as your current spec doesn't utilise it).
