AMD Optimus pro VS Intel Vyper (17 INCH)

How are people being swayed between the two chassis:
The Optimus Pro configured with the 4800h - RTX 2060
The Vyper configured with the 10875h - RTX 2070S

2070S is way more powerful than the 2060 so would be the obvious choice for me.
