AMD Ryzen 4ooo is coming…

I was about to mail PCSpecialist who is always at the forefront of the latest hardware to ask them if they are going to have AMD‍ Ryzen 4000 CPU.

Because, its processors explode Intel in terms of performance/price ratio, Intel which is also slightly losing the laptop market (it pays OEM Brands to not use AMD)

I wanted a 17” laptop with an AMD‍ 4800H or 4900H processor BUT custom-sized made because I need weak graphics card, WiFi AX, no Windows, etc.

As consumers’ brands, there is the MSI Bravo 17 which has just been released (yesterday, it seem) and a few PCs from ASUS, Lenovo, etc.

Unfortunately, in the fully customisable category, to date, there was only Bestware with its XMG CORE 17 available a few other sites more or less cloned to PCspecialist (Resellers? Competitors?)

In “AMD desktop on laptop” ’s version we have the XMG APEX 15 with an AMD Ryzen 9 3950X, but it is an 15”

So I'm monitoring the 17.3” RECOIL IV which seems to be the only model that can handle the AMD Ryzen 9 3950X!

But on the other hand, surprise! I see that AMD has just appeared in the filter list at PCSpecialist.

Especially on the 17.3 ”OPTIMUS XI and the 17.3” OPTIMUS PRO XI!

Congratulations, it will boost sales.

I just have to check that PCSpecialist always has good prices against the competition and that it has not dropped in terms of quality with assembly and after-sales service, cause of crisis.

This thread is therefore there to ask those who have acquired a 17” Laptop with AMD Ryzen 7 or 9 from here, PCSpecialist to say what they think about it in terms of price, noise and performance.

By the way, do someone know if PCSpecialist have other upgrade to made before I buy ?
