Max budget 2100 GBP. Also already have Samsung 970 EVO Plus 1 TB PCIe NVMe M.2. Purpose web development, photo editing, gaming. Planning to get a monitor for 3080 GPU.

To know if this is a good spec for your needs or not, we need the following information:

- Maximum budget? Helps to know if there is any room to upgrade things
- Any other uses to take into account? Editing? Streaming? things like that

Let us know the above and we can advise appropriately. The one thing that springs to mind is that the 3080 is just wasting money with those monitors....you'd be luck to use like 25% of a 3080s capacity running 1080p ones....even the 3060Ti that's coming would be over-powered

Given the editing etc, I'd want a better CPU. If it was me, I'd jiggle things around a little (have left the 3080 assuming you realise that a monitor appropriate to that card is going to be getting on for £1k):
