After more than 30 minutes on the phone, who by the way already know me (it will be because I did not insist on the temperature problem ...) and that nothing, who will ask the technician to see what has happened and that I already They'll say something ... After a month I don't know whether to laugh or cry.

I leave here the part they sent me:
For starters, it does not say anything that they have done to solve the temperature ... And by email the only thing they told me was that it had dust and they had cleaned and changed the thermal paste, and that the temperatures had dropped between 5-7ºC (99 - 7 = 92 WOW!).
The other problem was that the usb 2.0 made bad contact according to the position and swore that it remains exactly the same ...

The pieces that have changed:

When I have downloaded the games, I will test while playing but, just turn on the computer and without doing anything it is at 70ºC ... The sooner I was at 40-50ºC and browsing and with many and when I say many tabs it stayed at 70-70ºC ...
Another important point is that I have always had undervolt done, -0.130v and the cpu is 50W. How is it possible that they, who supposedly have tried it without undervolt, have been able to take it for granted ... Because if I remove the undervolt right now, the temperatures will rise 5ºC more ...

I am really very, very unhappy with pspecialist, a month wasted in every way and they send it to me just the same, someone tell me that those fans are clean ... someone explain to me why they haven't even changed the refrigeration when the GPU went to 800Mhz ... someone explain it to me, they haven't even bothered to change the sticker on the back of the chassis that was melted from the temperatures ...

You chose not to answer the questions I asked so all I can advise is that you complain to PCS if you feel the RMA didn't solve the problem you reported. There is nothing that anyone on here can do to help you I'm afraid.

Well, when it seemed like it couldn't get any worse, I realized this morning that the touchpad was up, plus I couldn't click on it, so I figured where the problem was coming from. I have disassembled it, and indeed, the battery was even more swollen, this is a danger, in addition to the possible damages that it can cause and these pcspecialist [removed by moderator] are not responsible for this ... Also, for a few days, the led bar that they supposedly changed is constantly blinking.
I had to remove the battery, because this is more than a danger, also because I could not even use the touchpad, now I have a laptop of more than € 1,200, which is everything, except laptop.
Besides adding, that pcspecialist stopped responding to the messages I was leaving, I can't imagine why.

I have edited your post for content because the forum rules do not permit you to defame anyone on here, much less PCS.

That battery looks to have been seriously overheated and should be immediately discarded and replaced. How did it get hot enough to do that?

I'm getting the impression this thread isn't really going to get anywhere to be honest. I have my own thoughts on all of this, as I'm sure everyone does, happy to leave it open for the more active participants to decide but just giving my opinion.

I firmly believe there are unreasonable expectations here and no amount of insight or guidance is going to appease the situation.

I don't think the forum participants can guide, help or support any more than has been given already.

I personally agree with all of this. It was clear from the outset that the problems were caused by not properly maintaining the chassis, the dust was particularly bad, and very likely should have been repasted a few times over the past couple of years.

That would have caused major overheating which would have contributed to battery swelling.

This is just a case of not maintaining the laptop, nothing more. Any of this damage could have been prevented with proper maintenance.

This is not issues relating from any kind of defect on the manufacturing side at all, it’s all user error. The warranty on batteries only includes manufacturer defects.

As there is a continued attempt at bashing PCS for problems outside of their control, and the resistance to listen to feedback, as @Scott says, this thread has nowhere left to go. As such it will be locked.
