Waiting for an hour on the phone to order an expensive pc..do you want customers?
None of us work for PCS so we have no idea what the situation is there. They are extremely busy, don’t know if you realised but most of the world are working from home and ordering PCs and laptops because of it.

use the web chat if you want quicker service. Go to the contact us page on a desktop browser and in the bottom right of the footer is the web chat.

Or make it 100% easier and just use the website?

I applaud and bow down to your patience levels  I get bored after about 10 minutes of being on hold no matter how urgent it is....I usually give up and try later/write an email/just swear and go off to do something else and promptly forget :ROFLMAO:
I never phone up anywhere anymore, always use online methods.

Haha, I had to cancel my order which was part finance and part paid, i had to cancel it asap to reorder, the queue was long, yes, but I had it on loudspeaker and was doing my thing in the meantime, tea, breakfast and stuff xD

Ive had to call them about 4 times with different occasions, sometimes they answer in 15 minutes sometimes you could wait for hours, but one thing is certain, they have a very good approach to their customers, even though they're busy as hell, they still deliver excellent customer service based on my experience.

I once went to my bank after school for a app issue and I had to wait 3 hours for the banks administration to answer. This was in the bank building.

The BSOD Doctor
Many many decades ago when I was nowt but a nipper, I was a telephone engineer in a large trunk exchange in Birmingham. We were involved in the introduction of international direct dialling (prior to that you had to call an international operator to make an international call). I was in with three or four other engineers setting up the equipment to handle the codes necessary to be able to dial 00 1 and a valid USA phone number (the USA was the first, and only at the time, IDD country).

We worked overnight Saturday night to get it done and by about midday Sunday we'd got it all set up. Although a test call wasn't on the procedures we felt we ought to make sure it worked, but none of us knew anyone in the USA.

So....I plugged the outgoing phone into the tannoy system so we could all hear, dialled 00 1 and then kept adding a number until I heard it ring. And ring. And ring. And ring. We hadn't considered that it was the middle of the night in most of the USA....

A tired ladies voice came on the line and said "hello?". I was on the phone so I said, "hello, is that America?" - remember IDD was new to them too - and she replied "who is this?", so I said "Birmingham!". There was a pause and she said "Alabama?" and I said, "no, England!". She was wide awake by now and yelled at me "are you some kind of nut" and slammed the phone down.

My mates turned to me and said "it works then!"...... :)

PCS appear well organised with their online correspondence and have given consistent updates on the build progress -thumbs up!.Getting through on the phone is impossible which is a bit of a concern. Palletways (PCS chosen courier) however couldn't give a damn and left my PC in Birmingham with no update on when it will be delivered ..awesome -so much for next day/express delivery..Advice to PCS go with another courier..
