Attemping to build a PC purely for online gaming

This is the what I had in mind https://gyazo.com/12e2ff8720c80093c8eb46f9dc317baa

I am not sure if the PSU will be enough when it comes to adding an additional SSD and HDD, as well up to 3 monitors.

I am currently on a wireless internet connection and use headphones, will the wireless adapter and sound card be good enough?

Is the Corsair H55 Hyrdro cooler be good enough or could I downgrade and not really notice a difference, in an effort to save money?

Thanks for reading.

You can save cash and get a better system to boot.

The Ultima X01 in the review section: https://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/configure-review/238/

Has a more powerful, modern, and futureproof CPU, a higher end mobo, faster RAM, a larger and faster SSD, and a better CPU cooler for £1480. It's a discounted price - if you manually configured that it'd be about £1700.

It has a smaller HDD and doesn't come with a wifi card but you can buy and fit your own extra HDD and wifi card or USB adapter, still save money, and still have a vastly better system.

The i7 7700k has beem made pretty much entirely obsolete by the 8700k.

That seems to good to be true ha

Thanks a lot for sharing that, I appreciate it a lot. You mentioned it was a discounted price, will the price return at some point, as I am not able to order it until about March?

I'm a bit worried when I have to buy something myself, because I don't really know if it will work, will any wireless adapter work or do I need some specific type/make?

You believe that a 650W PSU with be fine powering up to 3 monitors, additional RAM and SSD'S and HDD's if I ever were to get more?

It's a limited offer. There's no specific time for it to end. I imagine it ends after they've sold X quantity. See what the situation is when you're ready to order I guess.

It's not usually worth planning a spec too far in advance, as prices can fluctuate and new hardware can come out. So the best fit for your budget can change. :)

will any wireless adapter work
Yes. Any USB wifi adapter off Amazon should be fine. PCS also sell components as upgrades to existing customers. While "review spec" builds like the Ultima can't be changed, they may always agree to just add a wifi card for you for the same price as if you were buying it as an upgrade.

You believe that a 650W PSU with be fine powering up to 3 monitors, additional RAM and SSD'S and HDD's if I ever were to get more?
Yes. HDDs and RAM use pretty trivial amounts of power. Also for gaming you're unlikely to ever get any benefit from more than 16gb RAM (because by the time games do want that, the rest of the system will be prehistoric anyway(. And the monitors have their own power leads anyway, they don't get their power from the PC tower itself.

The Ultima wouldn't us anywhere near 650W while under full load.

If you're planning a 3-monitor surround gaming experience, be aware that this is very demanding on a GPU and even the GTX 1080 will struggle with some titles at that res with higher settings. You may prefer to have a single, very high quality gaming monitor, and maybe a 2nd monitor for your web pages etc you have open while gaming.

If this offer were to end before I am able to buy this PC, where could I look for other review builds that may be on offer?

I wasn't thinking of going higher than 16gb of RAM but as for an additional SSD or ones with bigger capacity, certainly.

"If you're planning a 3-monitor surround gaming experience"

I won't be running a surround gaming setup, I use 2 monitors right now and it's just if I ever wanted a 3rd I know I'd ok with that adding to the load.
