Backlit Keyboard Issue (Vortex III)

Hey guys,
To cut a long story short I'm having issue trying to change the colour of the back-lit keyboard on the Vortex III. I can't actually access the control panel via any of the keyboard shortcuts or via the icon in the taskbar. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the hotkey ap but to no avail.. so i'm at a loss as to what to actually do to get the ap to work.. i mean my keyboard is stuck with a blue back-light.. which is nice and everything.. but i'm sick of it lol!

When I installed the Hotkey driver the Control Panel was accessible by pressing Fn+Esc. Have you tried this one?

Have you tried percussive maintenance? On the FN key, any hammer will do!

Or what Kruppsy said.

Have you stopped any services or removed any app/progs from the machine?

Firstly, thanks for the replies. Yup, I've tried accessing the Control Panel via Fn+Esc to no avail... several times.. so i'm completely at a loss.. maybe best to phone tech support? :wacko: lol
