Battery wont charge on brand new order

So I have recently had the order sent to me and the 2 power packs they supplied do not seem to be charging the laptop itself. I have sent am email to them. Was wondering if anyone has had this problem before on a new order

Can you post your full specs from the order page?

When you say it doesn't seem to be charging, are there any lights on the power bricks? I'm not familar with those power bricks, just wondering if the bricks are actually getting power?

Can you take a photo of them plugged in and upload it?
