BEST PC FOR 144FPS COMPETETIVE FORTNITE?

I am looking to buy a pc mainly for competetive fortnite. I dont care about aesthetics I want to maximse performance while minimising cost. in terms of performance I need to consistently run the game at 144fps during situations like stacked endgame tournaments which usually cause very high frame drops.
also the game will be running at low settings except for view distance and will be in 1080p

Do you also expect to stream on the PC? Or no streaming / you would use another PC to handle any streaming.

my budget is £1,100 i am buying a 144hz monitor seperately and i will expect to stream at 1080p if possible but streaming isnt necessary if its goes over budget.

Edit: I don't play Fortnite but from what I read even the most powerful systems costing twice the above can see performance hits in the late game. So no promises of constant 144hz regardless how much room in your wallet.
