Bios startup

My PC arrived today and plugged it in, bios startup appeared and when I click exit it loads bios back up. I'm unsure why I can't get off bios start up and I don't want to change settings incase I change something wrong

I am afraid that is plain wrong with a PCS system - even if one is ordered without Windows, it'll have an unlicensed copy installed for burn-in testing, so upon arrival it should still boot to Windows. Under that scenario, we always suggest a full reinstall because it won't be system-optimised etc but, still, it'll boot.
