BIOS Update for Elimina II?

Are there any BIOS updates available for the Elimina II (Clevo NH77HJ)?
The touchpad is not functioning under Linux and the suggestion from the Linux Kernel community is that this is a firmware issue.
I know that you don't support Linux but if a BIOS upgrade is available it may sort my problem.

None of us work for PCS, we’re all just customers or techies. You’d need to contact PCS directly.

No need to apologise.

You'd need to contact PCS in any case, updating the BIOS without authority can void the warranty.
