Bit of a mix of spec needed..plus some future proofing

I have to admit before I start this that the first PC I ever used in work was the IBM XT in 1984 so I've had a bit of history with computers, I stopped building my own machines back when SoundBlaster cards were still the thing to have! I am back now as a business user and I have relied on things like recommissioned Dell PC's and currently running an Optiplex 7010 i5-3470 @3.gGHz with 8GB RAM, Windows 10 Pro 64bit with a dual screen setup using the internal graphics.

My hope now is to make 'the great leap forward' and to spec a machine that will do well with my daily needs for now and perhaps 3 years to come. On a daily basis I run a citrix session for 9 hours for remote work but at the same time I carry out other tasks that are 'local' these comprise multiple large spreadsheets (Excel) as well as some database (Access), web design (PHP/SQL), microprocessor work (Arduino IDE via USB), some quite high end image processing with Photoshop 2020 and Affinity Photo. I also run a Plex server for two TV's although generally not concurrent. I also like the idea of being able to play some of the new range of PC games!!

I would like to think that I am still competent in putting the components of a PC together but the PCSpecialist option seems to me a better idea as it comes delivered. After trying a few alternatives the spec I have come up with is below and I would welcome any opinions or suggestions. My budget is really closer to £1,500 than £2,000.

If budget allows I would go with a better m2, the Samsungs are very fast, also AMD CPUs are best wit the fastest RAM possible. Plus, as you are happy building your own machines it is worth noting that PCS have an open case policy, so you can work on and upgrade your machine without voiding the warranty so you could add a better m2 later on.
