Hi, recently I received a Recoil III with the following specs
Intel core i7 9750H
nVidia RTX 2070
16GB DDR4 2666MHz RAM
500GB Samsung SSD
230W Charging brick
All of a sudden, it had started to stutter and freeze up in the middle of things, so I'd have to force it to shut down. But the last time I did that, it now will not power on, and shows a nothing except indicator lights and the keyboard lighting up before going into the same loop.
I think it might be too do with the bios, but I'm not too sure. I tried to reseat the cmos battery to clear and reset the bios, but can't seem to do it. I'm now at a loss for what to do other than wait for PCS' response which may involve sending it back, a lengthy process which if I can avoid by doing it myself, I gladly will.
